The electrically heated pit type furnace with forced air circulation are ideal for tempering small or large batch quantities. The furnace are available in two versions : One with working temperature of 500°C and other with working temperature of 750°C.

The first version (500° C) is suitable for :

Annealing ferrous & non-ferrous components.

Tempering of ferrous & non- ferrous components.

Solution treatment of Aluminium Alloys. (For handling large loads with short quench delays of 5-10 seconds, we have designed a special elevator furnace with sliding bottom.

Precipitation hardening.

Preheating of components before slat bath treatment. The second version (750°C) is suitable for:

- Tempering of high speed steel, hot working and cold working steel and tool steels.

- Tempering of high tensile fasteners.

- Tempering of furnace forging.
