the refining of lead is the pyro-metallurgical process for lead refining, producing lead with a purity level up to 99.97% or lead alloy as per requirement from tapped crude lead from smelting furnace. the purity level is subjected to the concentration of bismuth and silver present in the tapped crude lead. d air is discharged the’ exit duct from scrubber. further acidic water is treated at the neutralization section & water is recycled.
the thermocouple is supplied to check the molten metal temperature. ingot casting machine is provided with special launder and distributor, will provide clean ingot and avoid chocking and settling of metal before ingot casting machine.
