DOUBLE COLUMN VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER

High rigidity saddle structure firmly holds headstock, which allows cutting force evenly distributed on both sides of box ways, significantly increasing ability of vibration absorption.
In Y – axis is dual guideways supported by step design, t allows for vertical and horizontal arrangement with higher rigidity than normal setups.
A properly preloaded and pretensioned , large diameter ballscrew is used for all 3 axis.
