• High rigidity saddle structure firmly holds headstock, which allows cutting force evenly distributed on both sides of box ways, significantly increasing ability of vibration absorption.
• In Y – axis is dual guideways supported by step design, t allows for vertical and horizontal arrangement with higher rigidity than normal setups.
• A properly preloaded and pretensioned , large diameter ballscrew is used for all 3 axis.
