The Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper is an electrically driven stripping machine with Foot Pedal operation for varnished wires. It consists of a motor unit and a knife head. The knife head is equipped with 3 carbide blades. The blades are closed by rotation (centrifugal force).
The Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper strips the wires from 0.5 to 3mm.
The speed is regulated via a controller and thus the pressing force of the blades is adjusted for every individual material thickness. The working piece had to be inserted between the non-operating blades – switch on the Finger Type Enamel Wire Stripper, Insert the wire to the stripper, then press the foot switch, set the speed by using speed controller.
