Highlights :

• The systems are protected by high-tech fiber optic based intrusion monitoring cable providing early warning anywhere on the perimeter fence.
• Integrated systems drawing on imported ISO certified energizer systems, locally manufactured hardware and mounting systems.
• Cabling is carefully installed in buried conduits protected by laid over concrete. On the wall, cabling is run through the support posts through machined cable exit points directly onto the conducting wires.

• Insulators are then mounted using high tensile 410 Stainless Steel fasteners that provide failure proof performance through the life of our fencing systems.
• On wall or in-wall hardware, all steelwork is hot dipped galvanized and insulators are molded using only international premium UV stabilized materials such as high-density polythene and glass filled polyester providing long term performance. They are resistant to typical vandalism without failure (also hammer and shatter proof).

Technical Details :

• Seal Energize Power Units, low and high voltage circuits, minimal power consumption <60 watts/hr. Key control for power up/off of Energizer unit.
• Digital timers with multi time functions to allow for high/low fence energizing, 24/7/365 real-time Intrusion System monitoring via dedicated Windows Based Environment on a Microsoft SQL database back end.
• Secure and long lasting underground cabling from fence to energize stations. Cabling is buried in plastic conduit and then chased within walls and concreted. Run within support posts and brackets there is no possibly of tampering prior to exposure onto the energized “live” fence.
• Split bolt cable joint system using solid zinc components for superior corrosion resistance and excellent connectively of the cabling components.
• Our wire of choice is Aluminum coated 2.7mm (12ga) steel wire which is 3 times more conductive than standard 2.5mm (12.5ga) wire. With a resistance of 11.5 ohms/km it is ideal for long fencing solutions. Although more expensive than standard wires it is highly Corrosion Resistant providing outstand performance and extended life especially in tropical and coastal environments.
• State-of-the-art fiber-optic Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS). Using a continuously monitored and intrinsically safe, fiber optic sensor cable which is sensitive to vibration, flexing and compression, these systems can protect many forms of physical barrier.
