• Load Chain : Wear resistance, heat treated, grade 80 special alloy steel link Chain as per I. S. 6216
• Gears : Precision cut special steel spur gear with both the ends mounted on Ball Bearings for smooth operation
• Brakes : Disc type, spring loaded, brakes are provided for heavy duty operations. Brakes are of fail-safe type, which means in case of failure of electric supply brake acts immediately. Brakes are mounted on the non-driving end of the motor and are easily accessible
• Hooks : Heavy duty steel forged hooks conforming to I.S. 8610 are supported on thrust bearings for free swiveling
• Trolley : It consists of M. S. side plates and trolley wheels are mounted on ball bearings for smooth running
• Limit Switches : To prevent over-hoisting and over-lowering, limit switches are provided as a safety device
• Electric Control Panel : It consists of air break type direct on line, heavy duty reversing contractors low voltage transformer with fuse. If customer desires, overload relay can be provided at extra cost
• Pendent Push Button : Robust heavy duty push button switch for operating at 110 volts is suspended from the hoist. Push button is provided with Wire Rope to prevent pull on cable

• The Hoists are suitable for class II medium duty operations

• A Guarantee is provided for the repair and replacement, F.O.R. THANE, of any part which proves defective in material or workmanship within One Year of sale
