• Design : Compact and light weight design having simple mounting therefore it provides easy installation.
• Rigid inspection & testing : Conduct ultrasonic testing of raw materials. Our every hoist is tested 125 % of its S.W.L.
• Load Wheel : Made from steel and machined finished that is ideal to load chain thereby ensuring smooth operation.
• Load Chain : Grade 80 load chain as per I.S. 6216 enhances safety feature and working life of chain.
• Hooks : Steel forged hooks in compliance with I.S. 8610
• Trolley : Have M.S. side plate assembled by trolley wheels that are mounted on ball bearings.
• Gears : Hardened alloy steel gears that are precision machined of which both ends are mounted on ball bearings. This offers smooth & noiseless operation and enhanced gear life.
• Electric Control Panel : Inbuilt electric control panel having pendent push button by low voltage supply of approximately 110 volts.
• Brakes : Spring loaded, Disc type having failsafe type brakes which quickly acts in case of electric supply failure.
