Contact SupplierThe bi-Axial machine is the best suited machines for Rotomoulding , in this machine the Major arm and the minor arm takes complete full rotation in its axis. The Major and minor axis rotates in 350 degree of rotation. Thereby homogenous uniformity of wall thickness is possible in this machine. And also in this machine it has a separate station for heating, cooling and loading & unloading. Being a separate station the production increases in this machine.
In this Machine We have Two Models
About Rotomoulding process
Rotational moulding, also known as Rotomoulding, is a plastics moulding technology which is ideal for making hollow articles. It is a casting technic but unlike most other plastics processes there is no pressure involved. Moulds forthe process are relatively inexpensive as they do not have to withstand pressure and therefore relatively short production runs can be made very economically. Rotomoulding is used to make a very diverse range of products. The process offers the product designer exceptional freedom as just about any shape can be produced. There is almost no limit to the size of mouldings and there are literally thousands of applications.
Four Arm Machine
In the four arm machine it has four arms 90 degree axially ccnnected tc the ancther arm ,having tcur arms it has bigger tum radius.

Three Arm Machine
In the three arm machine mould rotating arms are mounted 120 deg axially and it has smaller tum radius
