Electric ARC Furnace

the combination of furnace diameter and electrode PCD Transformer capacity and strengthened the ascentdescent and rotation of furnace roof, ascentdescent of electrode, and the tilting speed of furnace body that promotes efficient melting in NIKKO’s unique electric arc furnace. The design of each section has been simplified for easy maintenance. furnace diameter is made one size larger than the conventional furnace, to reduce the scrap charging count and ease the scrap pressing work. The furnace is equipped with conducting arms developed by NIKKO and features long arcing by reducing the reactance of secondary conductor on furnace side.
