Contact SupplierCombine the water,tea and the sugar in a vessel and mix well. Boil on a medium flame for about 3 minutes.Add the milk and stir well. Let it boil for another good 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally whilst boiling. Serve immediatel .
