Ekvira Temple
It is a Hindu temple located near the Karla Caves near Lonavala in Maharashtra, India. Here, the worship of the goddess Ekvira is carried on right next to the caves, once a center of Buddhism. The temple is a prime spot of worship for the Aagri-Koli People. But along with the Koli (fisherman) folk, Ekvira is worshipped by many people especially those belonging to the CKP caste as their presiding family deity, Kula Devta
Waghjai Temple
It is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddesses Bhawani and Vaaghjai. The original temple was built circa 1860.Government of Maharashtra has declared this temple as one of the tourist places in Maharashtra.
Varad Vinayak Temple
It is located in Mahad village situated in the Khopoli of Raigad District, Maharashtra, India. The temple was built (restored) by Peshwa General Ramji Mahadev Biwalkar in 1725AD. It is one of the Ashtavinayak Temple; means “Eight Ganeshas” in Sanskrit. This is the only temple where devotees are allowed to personally pay their homage and respects to the idol. They are allowed in the immediate vicinity of this idol to perform their prayers.
Ballaleshwar Temple
It is located in the village of Pali in Maharashtra,India. Ballaleshwar temple is one of the eight temples of Lord Ganesh. Among Ganesh temples, Ballaleshwar is the only incarnation of Ganesh that is known by his devotee’s name “Ballal”. It is one of the Ashtavinayak Temple; means “Eight Ganeshas” in Sanskrit.
