ejector pin are fully hardened throughout to 45 to 48 HRC, And offer Nitrated Surface to 65 to 74 RC for wear resistance. Suited for moulding applications, they are precision ground to 5 to 10 RMS surface finish and 0.2 micron. Thermal stock resistant hot work dies steel. Heads are hot forged and stressed relieved. Pins & Sleeves are available in lengths from 50 to 1500mm. We fabricaste precision quality step ejector that are capable of efficiently ejecting plastic,Aluminium die casting or alloyed products from the moulds. These pins can effortlessly take out the moulded product after its solidification. These are manufactured by using high grade metals
