Eight Head Ampoule Filling Sealing Machine

The Eight Head Ampoule Filling Sealing Machine has been manufactured on the basis of a popular principle in machines i.e. slant travelling of ampoules during the filling and sealing process. This is done to take care of a diverse variety of ampoule dimensions of neck and thickness of the present standard ampoules.

The filling unit was built on stainless steel square pipe framing and is totally made of stainless steel coverings. The stainless steel is made of matt finish. Furthermore, the huge opening is made and available at the bottom side of the Automatic Eight Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine to ensure that the cleaning is much more easier as compared to other machines. The pendant type electrical control panel is removed from the machine to ease the cleaning process even more. These processes allow a better way of operation of the machine as well.
