Colombian emerald, 1.25 ct., medium-dark, intense, "glowing" green, v.slightly bluish, excellent, oval, "flower" cut, measuring 7.7x6.04x4.68mm, clean crystal, VS type2 from the famous Muzo mine, Boyaca' district, Colombia. The picture is simply not right, and the dark-black areas are an effect of the digital camera. In real life, the color is very intense and perfectly homogeneous thoroughly, and the clean clarity makes it sparkling and filled with strong character.
