We are one of the leading manufacturers of machine made bricks & tiles since 1997. Recently we have introduced Fly Ash cement based products like fly ash cement Bricks, Pavers, Tiles & Hollow Blocks. All fly ash based products are considered green and are eco friendly. The quality of our fly ash based products is so good that Sri Sri Ravishankar’s Ashram in Kosi, U.P. has been constructed with our fly ash cement bricks and the bricks have been left exposed without applying any plaster or paint!
A fully equipped laboratory on site is used to ensure the quality of raw materials and end products. We manufacture our fly ash cement products by using computerized plant which has:

• Weigh batching, for weighing & feeding exact proportion of raw materials.
• Silos for cement & fly ash for pneumatically unloading & storing.
• Latest technology of mixing so as to get best homogeneous mix.
• PLC controlled vibro press with vibration & compaction at the same time to press & form quality product.

• Available in regular as well as modular size.

  • It is a green building product and recommended in LEED & TERI systems.
  • It uses fly ash, which is a waste product of thermal power plant having no value itself.
  • Saves agriculture land which is used for manufacturing clay bricks.
  • Less energy intensive as compared to clay bricks and helps in keeping the environment clean.
• Uniform in shape & size in comparison with hand-made burnt clay bricks; therefore, require less mortar in bricks and finishing work which results in saving cement mortar.
