Contact SupplierGraptopetalum filiferum is a unique clump forming succulent plant, grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) before sprouting pups and forming a cluster. Individual rosette is up to 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter, almost flat to the ground, with about 75-100 leaves densely shingled, re-curving downward with a bristle at the end, and forming a symmetric silver-green mound. Leaves are glabrous, fleshy, spatulate to triangular, slender, metallic green and fine red tips. Flowers are white spotted with red.
Environment: The rules for Graptopetalums care are similar to those for most succulents. Container-bound plants thrive in a mixture of peat, sand or other grit, topsoil and a little bit of compost. Full sun is the best situation but they will also grow in partial sun with slightly rangy results.
