Ingredients : Chilli, Coriander, Gram Dal, Toor Dal, Fried Gram, Pepper, Fenugreek, Asfoetida, Turmeric, Tamarind Powder, Salt.
Steps to Prepare : Heat 50 ml Oil in a cooker, add a pinch of mustard, onion, tomato and fry it till brown. Add vegetables of choice, fry for 2 minutes. Add 600 ml water and 50 Gm Easy sambhar powder and stir well. Add salt to taste, if required. Cover the lid for 2 whistles. Garnish & Serve
