E-Riksha provide last mile connectivity in metro cities and are important means of transport in smaller cities and towns.
There use has already increased substantially in last few years and is expected to increase further with the improvement in battery technology which results in longer distance coverage in each charge.
The Li based batteries which are being considered, weigh one third of the weight of comparable lead-acid batteries.
These have deep-cycle resistance which is up to ten times higher than in case of conventional batteries, it is vibration-resistant and can be installed in any position. The lithium based battery maintains its charge up to four times longer.
E-Riksha standard Batteries being produced by us are 48 V 60Ah, 80Ah and 100Ah. We also produce customised battery to fit customers EV. Our batteries give higher mileage per charge, less charging time and long life span.
These batteries are being made with the proven quality standards. For these Li-ion / Li-ISon phosphate batteries, cell spacing and load balancing are critical, our high caliber technicians and BMS ensure these.
