Diaphragm valves are designed to meet 3A sanitary standards. The valves are manufactured from SS 316 SS 316L bar stockinvestment castings and duly electro polished to 240 # internal surface. Diaphragm is a food grade EPDM or silicon or PTFE End connections can be tree-clamp, flanged or butt weld. The smooth contoured body, pocket less design and electro polished interior surface prevents accumulation of process fluids and contaminants. The process contact surfaces (body and diaphragm) are minimum enhancing cleaning and sterilization available. We can also produce the length of the diaphragm valves according to the customers’ demand.
