Spring operated, with adjustable finger for zero and provided with a second finger, which remains at a point of maximum strain and is returned to zero manually. End loops are made from steel. FINISH : The dial is made from brass with indented markings and finish lacquered. Other parts suitably rust protected by painting and electroplanting.
