Venkteshwara manufactures a range of high quality Venkteshwara stainless steel dyespring with technology from Davidson Industries U.K. Venkteshwara Dyespring are manufactured from superior AISI302/304 grades of stainless steel for dyeing operations, and AISI316 for dyeing and bleaching, withwirediameter tolerance of one micron or less. The main coil wire is made on Swiss coiling machines. This ensures consistent international diameter of the firstand the last spring. The main coil wire isalso laced on Modern lacing machines, thus liminating wobbling on the winding machine. Venkteshwara Dyespring come in a wide range custom built to suit individual winding and dyeing machine requirement. The range includes radially compressible dyespring for flat yarns & high-shrinkage yarn sand specially designed conical dyesprings for high-speed auto coners. Special Feature
