A dust collection system is used on production floors to improve air quality by removing dust and other particulate matter from the air and environment. GV Technology manufactures a wide range of dust collectors to match your site specific requirements. We have both bag house filter as well as cartridge filter dust collectors. We have the very large reverse pulse jet bag house machines which are designed to collect large volumes of dust but also manufacture portable dust collectors for individual production machines.

First, the dust must be captured. This is accomplished with devices such as capture hoods to catch dust at its source of origin Second, the dust must be conveyed. This is done via a ducting system, properly sized to maintain a consistent minimum air velocity required to keep the dust in suspension for conveyance to the collection device Finally, the dust is collected. This is done via a filter media and a collection tank

• Dust Collector, which consists of Centrifugal blower to provide necessary suction in the hoods and maintain the transport velocity in the ducts
• Fabric separator or cartridge filter with filter cleaning mechanism if necessary to separate the dust from the air stream
• Collection tank to store the collected dust
