Dust Collector Solenoid Valve

FFV Pulse Valve have to been designed for quick open and close which results in effective Cleaning & air consumption.While the pulse valve is closed the compressed air is trapped between diaphragm and solenoid valve orifice.When solenoid valve is energized, the air trapped above the diaphragm is quickly exhausted through the pilot solenoid valve, causing fast opening of the main pulse valve.When the pilot solenoid valve is de-energized the inflowing compressed air lifts up the diaphragm and flows through the outlet of the pulse valve & the air gets trapped, closing the diaphragm as a result of pressure equalization.

Pulse Valve It is used majorly in dust collector system,pulse jet filters,bag filters on lime,Coal Injection System for blast furnace which all are used in industries like feed, fabric industries, food processing powder,cement,coke ash lime,chemical,coke oven,Coal Preparation Plants & related systems,flue gas system,furnace etc.
