Dust Chamber

We offer a high grade Dust Chamber to customers in India and overseas. The construction of the Chamber will be such to avoid direct radiation of heat on the test specimen. The floor of the chamber will be so designed as to permit the dust fall in to the hopper for recirculation of supporting specified load of the floor area.

Construction 

• Exterior Chamber :   Will be made of Heavy Duty Mild / Stainless Steel
• Interior Chamber : Made of Heavy Duty Stainless Steel
• Door : Double walled full front opening door, insulated with interior stainless  steel lining.
• Gasket : To avoid leak proofing, the chamber will be provided with gaskets for the Chamber and for the Door.
• Mounting Trolley : Mounting type trolley with casters for portability will be provided.
• Hinges & Latches : Heavy duty Hinges with toggle type locking arrangement

Heating System 
For temperature uniformity in the chamber, low surface loading sealed tubular heaters will be provided as per IS 4159. The heaters will be fixed in conditioning space in the chamber duly baffled to avoid direct radiation.
Heat input Controlling  : Through Solid State Triac Firing Energy Regulator will control with 0 to 100 % proportional control for heating.
Port Holes 
Port Holes with suitable Rubber Plugs will be provided to access for Internal Chamber Volume and for connecting wires/pneumatic pipes etc.
Dust Agitating Mechanism

• Dust Agitating Mechanism will be provided with fan with motor of sufficient capacity without allowing heating up unduly during constant operation of 200 hours.
• Pressure Vacuum will be provided in the dust spray chamber.
• Provision of using, either fan or vacuum or both can be used at a time, will be provided.
• Average dust sprayed will be 25 gms ±5 gms in 5 minutes.

Timer 
Programmable Weekly Timer will be provided in the Chamber for Auto Switch Off of the complete chamber after completion of the selectable test time period.
Dust Collector  : Hopper shaped bottom will be provided to collect agitating dust (approx 3 to 5 kg).
Dust Measuring Device  : Dust measuring device will also be provided.
Viewing Window  : A viewing window of 30 x 30 cms will be provided on Front Door.
Control Panel 
Separate Control Panel on top of the Chamber will be provided with Contactors, On/Off Switches, Fuses, Indicating lamps. The wiring, will be channel type with suitable current rated copper wire as per,  IS Code.
