dulokare m is a combination of two medicinal compounds  

duloxetine & methylcobalamin.

duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (snri)

methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin b

indication:

this combination of medication is generally used for the treatment of neuropathic pain.

(neuropathic pain is a chronic progressive nerve disease that causes nerve pain due to nerve damage or a malfunctioning nervous system. the pain could be intermittent or continuous, which is felt as a prickling, stabbing, tingling, or burning sensation.)

mechanism of action:

duloxetine works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline / norepinephrine) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain.

methylcobalamin helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibres and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. 

together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
