This Automatic Water Level Controller System is specially designed for Dual motor operation.

This model is a Dual control type Water level controller system which can control Sump motor as well as Bore well motor with automatic changeover technology.
This system is suitable where both the motors are used to pump water to Common overhead tank (Single Tank).

Thereare two mode of operation. Sump mode and Bore well mode. When there is a Water in the sump the system works on sump Mode, when the Water in the sump tank gets Below foot Valve Level it Automatically switch over to the Bore well Mode. If the water gets filled in the sump tank the system Resumes back to Sump Mode.

This system is suitable for Residences, Commercial complexes, Residential Apartments, hotels, hospitals, Industries, hostels, …Etc..

This system is suitable where both sump motor & Bore well motor are used to pump water to a common overhead tank. The system every time checks for available of water in the Sump and controls sump motor as first choice. If and when sump becomes dry, the system will automatically changeover to Bore well motor.

The system can be upgraded into "Multi-tank control system" to maintain water level in several overhead tanks.

Visual Indications :

Four stage water level indicator for over head tank, water flow indication(Running Line), voltage level indication, power on indication and auto/manual indication.

Features: Switch on the panel if water tank is in required mode and switch off the panel at tank full.

This is a product mainly focusedto help people with submersible pumps who previously had little control over the functionality of the pump and had to start manually and stop the pump with all those uneasy methods. which make the operation of these pump difficult for novice users, keeping in mind the ease of use we developed this system which makes the operation of these pumps a child's play.
It is an unique device for single phase submersible pumps.

Low AC Voltage sensing circuit to avoid polarization of electrodes in water. These special stainless steel plastic molded conductive electrodes are Long life sensors and do not require frequent cleaning or replacement.

How It Works : Automatically starts the motor when the water level in the over head tank drops below a pre-defined level (normally 50%) and switches off the motor at tankfull or the sump water level drops below foot valve level.
Dry Run
Due to faulty foot valve or air leakage in the pipe if the motor runs dry then it gets switched off automatically and gives fault indication. For more details please watchvideo demo.
Voltage Cut-off
Automatic Water Level Controller ULDX-DR-1ph automatically switches-off the pump if the supply voltage drops below 160V or Crosses 250V.

Surge protection

Built in surge protection is the Main featurese of ultradeluxe series.
Soft Switch auto / Manual

Automatic Water Level Controller ULDX-DR-1ph comes with this feature of selecting manual/auto mode as per the requirement by just pressing the respective soft switch.

Manual mode is used to Draw the water directly from the pump for activities like carwash, front area wash, tank cleaning, watering the plants Etc….
Need
The Optional Need soft switch is provided to Switch on the motor irrespective of the water level in over head tank.

Rocker Bypass Switch.

The optional rocker switch is provided to bypass system operation in case of system failure. so no need to disconnect the system when it gets failed.

Power ON/OFF Switch.

Has rocker switch to select Power On/Off operation

The Special Feature

Automatic Water Level Controller ULDX-DR-1ph shifts from Manual Mode to Auto Mode automatically if the over head tank gets filled. The system changes the mode automatically.

The product is suitable for almost all site conditions water tank for maintaining level automatically, can be used to control water inflow or outflow, by means of direct pump control or acting as a control switch of a magnetic or combination stater.
