The DSV-ETK series features high speed closed loop servo tensioners with maximum wire-feeding speed of 25 meters per socond.

 

Details :

  • The combination of a built-in Adaptive Speed Control Software and high speed/torque DC servo motor provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wide tension range for high -speed precision winding.
  • It also features a built-in tension measurement system. The real-time display of tension calue provides a clear & convenient, way to observe the winding tension, aiding in better control of product quality.
  • The series operates with DC48V power supply, and comes with two -stage tensions setting and wre breakage detection.
