Used to test drying / setting time of paints, varnishes, inks etc.,
Drying time could be essential for your products or processes.
‘CI’ series of Drying time recorders designed as per ASTM D- 5895, offers
a convenient, easy and accurate method of doing so.
Consists of :
Motorized carriage with 6 hemispherical stylus running on 6 glass strips of 25 x 305 mm or a single glass of 150 x 305mm to carry out 6 simultaneous tests at a time.
Five user selectable speed/time 3, 6, 12, 24 & 48hrs. The drying time is
calculated with the help of the distance moved, which can be determined
from the scale provided on both the sides. The recorder automatically
stops at the end of the test period and is provided with a secondary safety
limit switch for additional protection of both the equipment and your test
results.
