The special drying flight ensures the highest thermal transfer efficiency by following specifically designed flights to uniformly transfer the heat by radiation, convection and conduction to aggregates. 
The aggregate charging is done with charging conveyor belt with seal flange arrangement on dryer drum body to reduce suction of cold air. 
The drum is equipped with four wheel drive and features a unique dome shaped air preheat arrangement for suction of hot air from outer proximity of dryer drum, that improves thermal efficiency, reduces heat losses, aid power saving, reducing the thermal stresses on the drying drum and noise emissions from the burner.
