Drum/barrel Immersion Heaters

Barrel/Drum Immersion heaters are specifically designed for heating fluids in tanks. Depending on the tank shape, size, accessibility and working area inside the tank, choose a round or L shaped heater. Standard sheath materials are Incoloy® 800 and steel with all wetted parts made with compatible alloys.

Applications :

• Suitable for 55 gallon drums where it is desirable to be able to remove the heater for inspection or inserting into another drum. Standard with Stainless steel 316 sheath material, heater may be used to heat many different types of fluids.
• Over the Side Heater
• Easier mixing or pouring with lower viscosity!
• Fits through 2” or larger bung opening
• Up to 150°c heat-up with optional auto-cut-off
• Adjustable SS mounting bracket
• Unheated stem prevents low-level damage
