Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that alleviates pain symptoms by inhibition of pain mediators associated with cyclooxygenase pathway. Drotaverine + Mefenamic acid is contraindicated in patients with porphyria, severe hepatic, renal and CVD disorders.
