These Dried Oyster Mushrooms have most of the mineral salts required by the human body such as potassium, sodium, phosphorous, iron and calcium. The niacin content is about ten times higher than any other vegetable. The folic acid which helps to cure anemiais is also present in oyster mushrooms. Because of their low sodium and potassium ratio, starch fat and calorie value, these mushrooms are suitable for people with hypertension, obesity and diabetes. Apart from this, alkaline ash and high fiber content makes them suitable for people with hyperacidity and constipation.
