Dried cranberries contain the same nutrients as fresh cranberries notably dietary fiber, antioxidants and a substantial amount of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. These do not contain any preservatives, cholesterol, saturated fats or trans fats. They reduce the occurrence of urinary tract infections.
