Chicory Roots after washing Thorley with water being cut and dried in the different size as per byres requirement. e:g 13 X 13 X13MM or 15 X 15 x15MM. Sun drying method is being use for drying of Chicory cubes and normally takes 3-4 days for drying at the temp of 40-43 D Centigrade .
