triggering: spontaneous breathing is detected with a flow measurement. Trigger sensitivity can be set from 1-10. At maximum sensitivity, v trigger is 0 and inspiratory flow will trigger a breath when it reaches 0.2 lpm. Trigger response time is 40-60 msec.
