Dracaena Lemon Lime, Dragon Tree

The leaves of a Dracaena Lemon Lime are arranged in a rosette and grow off a very thick stem giving them a bushy appearance.  Dracaena Lemon Lime also produces small greenish-white flowers which may be followed by orange or red berries

Dracaena also knew as Dragon tree is evergreen trees that brighten up the home with its bold bright color leaves.  The colorful foliage is long sword-shaped leaves with bright green and yellow stripes that run vertically all over the leaves.

Light – Dracaena grows well in bright light, however, avoid it from direct sunlight. Place them near a window.

Water – Optimum watering should be done for Dracaena as overwatering may cause roots to rot. To ensure overwatering water the plants when the surface of the soil is dry.

Soil- Rich well-drained, good potting mix

Temperatures – Average room temperatures are fine for Dracaena to grow.

Humidity – They like higher humidity conditions. If planting indoors mists the plant to maintain proper humidity.

Propagation – Dracaena is very easy to propagate and is usually grown by the stem or leave cuttings. Put a 10 –inch long stem cutting into the water, once you see roots plant them in a soil.
