Dr. Wall Care Water Proofing Mortar

Dr. Wall care waterproofing solution surfaces is a cement based, single component, polymer modified, flexible, elastomeric waterproof coating for concrete and masonry surfaces. Seal & coating is available as a dry powder, and is to be mixed with water before use. It is grey in color and easily applied by brush or sprayed by spray machines.

All new cement-sand concrete surfaces should be allowed to age 6 to 8 weak before surface coating.
Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. By mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting.
Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose soiled and liquids can be done, if required.
All surface cracks up to 5mm width should be filled up with crack seal.
Apply two neat coats of waterproofing 1mm.
Dr. Wall care seal & coating can be applied to the surface manually by brush. After application of 1st coat, allow a gap of minimum 2hours, before the subsequent coat and it must be applied in perpendicular direction to the first coat.
Dr. Wall care seal & coating can be applied by spray machine also. For large areas use of spray machine is recommended for better speed and economy.
Care should be taken to avoid application under direct sunlight. The appropriate application time for the product is either early morning or late evening.
The coverage of the product depends upon the surface condition, it roughness and absorption. In normal condition, the coverage of seal & coating 10-12 sqft.kg for two coat.
