• Mixed Dough is unloaded from the Mixer to a Dough Trough
• Mixed Dough can also be dumped directly into the Dough Feeding System
• Mixed dough passes through the Feeder to process and make it into Brick Shape suitable for Hard Dough and Crackers or it is formed in small Kibbles suitable for Rotary Moulding Machine
• Various designs of Feeders are available in order to maintain the standing time depending on the process if required
• This dough is then passed through a metal detection conveyor
• Contaminated dough is then rejected off the line and rest if fed into the process\
