Double Side Cloth Tape

Double Sided Cloth Tape:
Sticol^TM Double Side Cloth Tapes made out of cotton cloth and is coated on both sides with strong natural rubber adhesive. This tape is laminated with polyester or paper release liner.
Features :
As it is made from Rubber adhesive its has good initial tack, highly reliable, economical, high shear resistant and good holding power with metal and rubber. It has a polyester/paper release which makes the tape smooth and easy release.
Uses :

• For Stereo mounting in stack type flexo machines
• For medium-heavy double side applications
• Temporary mounting for assembly or machining operations
• Print plate mounting
• Carpet installation in house, office or Exhibition halls.

Single Sided Cloth Tape:
We offer a wide range of Sticol^TM Single Side Cloth Tapes from Cotton, Nylon, rayon, acetate, HDPE woven fabric, Fiberglass or PTFE coated glass cloth. All these tapes are coated with rubber, Acrylic or Silicon adhesive as per customer’s application. We also do waterproof coating on cotton tape or special coating on fiberglass cloth.
Features:
High initial tack, good resistant to water or good electrical insulation or Heat Insulation property
Uses: In Electrical Insulation, Wire harness in automobiles, Coil, and bus bar Insulation. Teflon coated glass cloth tapes is used for Heat insulation in sealing machine, HDPE woven fabrics tapes are widely used for heavy duty packing, irrigation pipes and making the Jumbo bags.
