They have 2 torsion-free box girders which make them suitable for lifting and transporting loads easily. We offer Double Girder Overhead Crane with load capacities up to 30T and with spans up to 31 m. Articulated end carriage joints ensure that all four wheels have positive contact with the track. The range of fixing arrangements allows their appropriate integration into existing as well as new buildings. The profiles of the main girder are optimally produced with computers so that maximum performance with a minimum of deadweight can be achieved. Financial benefits are an added advantage.

• Sturdy cylindrical or conical rotor pole-changing Motors with elegant continuous cast aluminium sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F, IP54 protection
• Single or Dual-disc electromagnetic DC Brakes featuring automatic braking on power failure. Environmentally sound brake linings designed for approx. 1 million braking operations offers long maintenance intervals
• Accurate flat helical or spur Gear units in light alloy housings with case-hardened gears, high-grade surface treatment and permanent oil or grease lubrication
• Modular design Electrical Panels for a very wide operating range. They are designed for easy installation, maintenance and reliable operation, with ducted wiring, fuse less circuitry and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group has a motor overload protection device to provide efficient protection against inadmissible overloading
• Every component and part is meticulously scrubbed and painted with two coats of primer before assembly and two coats of synthetic enamel after testing
