• Conveyor Rollers from 60 mm O.D. to 170 mm O.D. and 150 mm length to 2000 mm length can be machined for bore and correct length in one set- up
• Total quantity produced per hour shift is from 150 Rollers to 200 Rollers depending on their length and weight

• The machine has its bed cast from closed grained Cast Iron and Flame Ground to accurate level which is about 14 feet in length and 2 1/2 feet in width
• On this bed there are two work heads with independent motors at rear and revolving machining tools post on front which has independent controls.
• These work heads can be operated independently or simultaneously by common-lead screw for three different RPMs as required
• Between to work heads on Bed, two Pipe Holding devices are provided which can be provided either with Manual Holding or Hydraulic Holding
• A Coolant pump is provided for cooling effect while machining the pipe ends on both the sides
• Limit Switches are provided for automatic cut off ‘feed' of machining once it is achieved as per our requirement or setting
• Separate motor is provided for Lead Screw for Auto Feed and Auto Cut Off
