Electro- Magnetic Diaphragm Dosing Pumps

These pumps are solenoid driven and controlled electronically by a PCB. The only moving part is solenoid armature which in turn moves the diaphragm. These pumps are highly versatile, maintenance free and achieves very fine control of flow. The solid PTFE diaphragm construction makes it very strong & durable.
These solenoid driven Diaphragm pumps are best suited for metering applications of up to 55 LPH. The pumps are suitable for a electrical supply of 230 Volt, Single Phase, 50 Hz.
Pumps are routinely available with Liquid End of different MOC's such as PVC, PP, Teflon and SS . Other different MOC's are also available for special applications.
The pump is fitted with Suction NRV and Discharge NRV. LED mounted on front panel gives visual running status of Pump. It is supplied with standard Accessories of Foot Valve with Strainer and Discharge (Anti Syphon - Injection ) NRV and 3 Mtr of suitable Tubings.
Other accessories Like Pressure Release Valve, Pulsation Dampner, Agitators (Stirrers), Dosing Tanks , Level Switches , Flow Meters , Level Indicators, Strainers , Pressure Gauges , Calibration Columns, Automated Control panels are also supplied as per client specifications. Complete customized Skid mounted Dosing system with Control panels and Piping can also be offered to suit any application.

These pumps are Motor driven . Flow is controlled thru knob controllers fitted on the pump or thru AC Speed Drives when ever automatic control is needed. These pumps work on worm gear reduction and diaphragm movement principle. These pumps can also be offered with single or multiple Liquid ends. The diaphragms are made of high quality EPDM with moulded in steel core and liquid contact surface is always of Teflon material, which makes it very strong and durable
These motor driven Diaphragm pumps are best suited for metering applications of up to 3000 LPH. The pumps are supplied with Motor suitable for a electrical supply of 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz. However motor suiting for any other specific electrical rating such as 380 Volt 3 Phase , 230 Volt Single Phase, 60 Hz etc can also be fitted.
