he new design for automating the dosa making process was successfully implemented. the design was to be economic and portable. use for food process grade materials would certainly improve the quality of the output. the machine managed to produce dosas in perfectly elliptical shape. the scrapping ability of the blade depended on the time that the batter stays on the pan and the temperature of the pan. we observed that the the greater the temperature we reach the better is the scrapping ability. hence to get the correct output we need to keep the temperature high and time more than 40 seconds.
