TOOL HOLDERS PVT.LTD. Established in the year 1982 to manufacture various Machine Tool Accessories and Tool Holders. Over the years the Company has shifted its manufacturing activity from machine Tools to Auto components namely “ VEHICLE DOOR HINGES , GEAR SHIFTER FORKS and ENGINE BEARING CAPS.” The shift was necessitated by the market forces. The company has been in the Auto Component manufacturing activity since 1997 onwards. We are supplying all these products to our esteem customers on “ Self Certification Basis “ for last many years. Our Passenger Vehicle Hinges plant of 5000 Square Feet is COP ( Confirmation of Production ) approved by ARAI since 2012.
We are proud to be associated with big names in auto industry like Force Motors Ltd., Pune & Pithampur, Ashok Leyland Ltd,.Pantanagar, Bhandara, Alwar & Chennai, MAN Truck India Pvt. Ltd., Pithampur, Wright Bus,Chennai and many Tier I Truck and Bus Body Builders all over India.
The company is headed by Mr.Dilip Bhagwat who is an IIT,Powai 1971 Graduate with 40 years experience. He is also the recipient of FIE Award of IMTEX 1992 for the “ Wire Forming Machine “. He is ably assisted by many graduate Engineers and experienced staff and labour workforce who are proud to be employees of Tool Holders Pvt Ltd.
