Domed Stickers

Domed Stickers are made by printing your design on to a sticky vinyl substrate, plotter cutting out the shape and applying a non-yellowing, scratch-resistant polyurethane dome. This creates a fantastic looking, hard-wearing "3D" domed sticker that is great for promoting your company. All of our Domed Stickers have the following benefits :

Metallic Options (Vinyl) Here at Domed Stickers International we offer a wide choice of 5 different vinyls to print your design onto. Vinyl is the name given to the sticker material that we print your design on to. Each vinyl type has its own unique properties, and we don't charge extra for metallic! Our range of vinyl options are described below :

• Brushed Silver - Metallic Silver with a brushed effect
• Brushed Gold - Metallic Gold with a brushed effect
• Chrome Silver - Mirror-like chrome silver vinyl

Turnaround / Despatch Times We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround times in the industry! We aim to despatch all orders with a quantity below 10,000 within 5 working days of an approved artwork, often even faster! If you need your Domed Stickers faster or to a strict deadline, we have a number of express service and courier options to get them to you even faster, contact us to see how quickly we can produce your design. For larger orders we will quote a lead time based on order quantity and the size of the design. Large orders can be part-despatched on staggered deliveries if required. Delivery Domed sticker orders have a choice of delivery options - Courier. Specialist delivery options are also available at extra cost, please contact us for a quote. Polyurethane Doming Resin Our Domed Stickers are coated with a scratch-proof polyurethane epoxy resin. Not only is the plastic coating scratch-proof, but it also protects the sticker from the sun̢۪s harmful UV rays. This protection helps to keep your logo looking bright and fade-free, preserving each of your design̢۪s vibrant colours for years of faithful service. Printing & Colours We digitally print using a high resolution 4 colour (CMYK) process to print all logos, text and background colours onto the stickers. We can print onto White, Brushed Silver, Brushed Gold, Chrome Silver, and Chrome Gold vinyl substrate. CMYK printing doesn't include white ink, so when printing your design onto any of the vinyls other than white, the white sections of your design will become clear, which (in the case of the metallic vinyls) will show through the metallic effect of the vinyl itself. Note We may have to alter your design if it is not feasible to be domed, such as if it contains pointed edges or tight internal radiuses. Corners must be rounded and need to have a minimum radius of around 1mm. Non-standard shaped stickers that require intricate doming like stars, donut rings or text may be subject to extra charges - please contact us for a quote. All orders will be given a PDF proof before production which will show any of these changes.
