• Conduct system study & implement Alfresco CE Open Source Document Management System to host the digitized dossiers and relevant data received from Karnataka High Court pertaining to each legal dossier.
• Professionally setup the project site for dossier digitization and carry out the service onsite at High Court premises.
• Provide all necessary labor, hardware and software to carry out the digitization activity.
• Post scanning, organize the dossiers in ‘Banker Boxes’ with a view to enable deep storage
• Page rate for dossier scanning, metadata updating & integration, OCR, PDF/A and release to Alfresco Document Management System as per details provided in Item 3 – Dossier Digitization Step by Step Tasks of this proposal.
