Founded in 1985 by Mr. Ravi Kohli, SP ULTRAFLEX SYSTEMS (P) LTD. made its presence felt in the Flexible packaging and converting industry within a few years of conception. By the time Mr. Biku Kohli joined in 1995, the company was already a preferred supplier of Rotogravure Printing, Lamination and Slitting machines. Over the next few years the company brought to the country the first rotogravure press with ARC and turrets, solvent-less laminator and shaft-less unwind and rewind technology.
In the year 2005, the management decided to focus exclusively on developing world class slitting and rewinding equipment and to fill up the void which prevailed in this domain due to low priority given by converting machine manufacturers.
A journey which started as a tentative response to an opportunity steadily gained momentum with each passing year and today, SP ULTRAFLEX finds itself in the league of world class manufacturers of slitting rewinding equipment, dreaming bigger than ever before.
