the raw material used in (doctor blade) is high carbon imported spring steel. The on line life of our blade is approx. 5 times more than conventional blade. Our perfect brand doctor blades do not need any polishing at all which minimises the break down frequency of machines on which they are fitted.
The high quality lamella gives soft & clean wipe which in turn accounts for minimum wear & tear on cylinders. The normal width of our blade ranges from 20 to 80 mm and lamella varies from 60 to 100 microns. These blades are perfectly suitable even on high speed machines like cerrutti, rotomac, schievi, sam etc. the exclusively designed dispenser boxes in which these blades are packed provide better dispensing also.
Teflon dam
the raw material used in (teflon dam (stopper)) is high quality teflon. The on line life of our teflon dam is approx. 3 times more than conventional dam. Our perfect brand teflon dam (stopper) is ready to use for machines on which they are fitted.
