Distribution Transformer

he purpose of  a  distribution  transformer  is to reduce the primary voltage of the electric distribution system to the utilization voltage serving the customer.   A distribution  transformer  is a static device constructed with two or more windings used  to transfer alternating  current  electric  power by  electromagnetic induction from one circuit to another at the same frequency but with different values of voltage and current.

Amruta Enterprises has the necessary infrastructure to design & manufacture distribution transformers upto 2 MVA.

•  Design & Manufacturing:

Our transformers are robust, highly efficient & also very economical. They are designed to withstand short-circuit test as well as lightning impulse test as per standards. Best quality raw materials & excellent workmanship make our product reliable & long lasting.

•  Standard:
The transformers are manufactured in accordance with IS 2026/1977 or as per customer’s requirements.

•  Range: 
5 KVA – 2000 KVA (6.6 KV, 11KV, 22KV, 33KV)

•  Vector Group & Tappings:
The transformers are connected as per vector group reference Dyn 11 in accordance with international practice.
Tappings are provided with +/- 5% in steps of 2.5% or as per customer’s requirements.
