singhasini disintegrators are well designed hammer mills of simple and sturdy construction. The main shaft runs on ball/rollar bearings and it contains single row of four or more fixed hammers installed on a hub the grinding is achieved by the impact of the hammers against the liner fitted in the body, the fineness of the finished product is controlled by the replaceable screens fitted in the lower half of the body. All portion of the body where wear and abrasion is expected, are lined with replaceable liners.
